Saga Prefecture Energy Tourism Research
Saga Prefecture is the first prefecture in Japan to launch “Energy Tourism”, a program to “have fun traveling and enjoy the journey while learning about energy”. First, we created a model route focusing on the Karatsu/Genkai area, then produced a booklet, A4 leaflet, website, and posters for the Saga booth at the Tourism Expo Japan 2022. We designed these in a way that would make people think about ecology and the SDGs, while showcasing “wind and sea” as the sources of energy in the Karatsu/Genkai area.
